It is a fast growing community which only indicates that Bangali speaking people were eagarly waiting for such a community. A dedicated and experied team is trying to run it smoothly. To be honest, steem/steemit is not a Facebook/Twitter. Meaning, we here for a certain goal or intention. The intention is to earn some currencies to comfort our life. If we don't see such outcome in a few days, weeks or months, we will be disappointed and maybe even leave in quest of alternative. So, providing for monetary support for the members is a big challenge for the team members. It is also a challenge for the Steem/steemit team to retain the users in this platform, they need to support the content creators here.
