Ah, I was just about to spend some time looking through them and share some thoughts but I see that you selected 6 yesterday. I was hoping the YouTube proposal would get fleshed out in more detail since I liked the concept but it doesn't look like this happened.
I'll take a look at the 6 you selected and from just the titles... Broiler Chicken Project... WTFIT? Time to find out.

Funnily enough, that's the first one I read (and so far the only one I've had the time to read).
I really like it - there's a part of me thinking "I've got to follow this and try it" and then the sensible part takes over and asks "Where the f*** am I going to keep chickens??" and then "Could I really eat an animal that I've raised from birth?"
