Der Titelsong des Film ist "Sweet Home Alabama" von der Band Lynyrd Skynyrd (deren Namen mir Google Lens herausgefunden hat). Der Film wurde zum großen Teil auf dem Ogden–Hinckley Airport (wieder Google Lens) gedreht. Na, und weil er so gut ist, erhielt er in den 90ern auch den Blockbuster Entertainment Award (Wiki).
