Question 12
🧐 Odd One Out 🚫
All of the below teams are multiple Champions League winners, which is the odd one out and why.
You will only be awarded the point if you correctly identify the image and the reason.

Hint: I wouldn't have been able to ask this question last week.
Juventus Turin is the only team not qualified for the round of 16 in 2025 (lost play-off vs. Eindhoven yesterday).
Liverpool FC is set directly, while München (vs. Celtic) and Real Madrid (vs. Manchester) have won their play-off matches.
✅ That's the answer I was looking for. Juventus were knocked out by PSV.
I was going to use Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City and Aston Villa but knew that Villa haven't won the Premier League so thought about different combinations that would lead to a single answer. There's never a single answer!!
At some point you realise that Wikipedia is old and reading the latest news is educational... ;-)
That doesn't matter. Otherwise the GPT experts would be right, right at the top...
Juventus has lost the Champions League final 7 times, which is more than any other team. Additionally, among all the listed teams, Juventus has won the Champions League only twice, the lowest number of titles among them.
👎 The answer's not related to Champions League wins / final appearances.
Juventus Turin (3) is the only club yet to win a Champions League title in this millennium (last win: 1996).
Wow
👎 The answer's not related to winning the Champions League title.
No. 3: No player scored a Champions League hat-trick in Season 2024/2025 for Juventus.
👎 The answer is not related to individual players
No. 4: Emre Can never played for Real Madrid, but for the others (Bayern München, FC Liverpool, Juventus Turin).
👎 The answer is unrelated to individual players, as Xabi Alonso could be an alternative answer for Juve.
Liverpool is the only team among the four to be banned for such a long period (six years) due to the Heysel Disaster (1985).
👎 That was so sad. The answer is not related to off the field activities.
Real Madrid have won the Champions League as many times as the other three teams combined.
👎 The answer isn't related to how many times each club's won the Champions League Trophy.
Liverpool FC (no. 1) does not fit.
Real Madrid, Juventus Turin and Bayern München are the record champions of their respective leagues.
Liverpool is not the record champion in England, but Manchester United.
👎 The answer is not related to their domestic leagues. But is specific to the Champions League.
At some point it gets very, very annoying to rummage through Wikipedia for topics you have no idea about...
Sh..., why did the good Lord give me so much (often somewhat misguided) ambition... ;-)
Ah, the answer for this question lives here on Steemit 🙂
Real Madrid (No.04) is the odd one out,
They are the only club of the four never to go out at the UCL group stage.
👎 That's amazing if it's true. Although that's difficult to validate this season, as the "group" was really a "league" and they failed to qualify in the top group.
Ah.. now I have to wait 03 hours! 😴 Sleepy sleepy! It's 12.30am for me.
