RE: ❓Steemit Quiz 2025 - Weeks 15/16

Hm, no idea. I rarely had to worry about my weight. I just move a lot - even if it's ‘only’ the 10 kilometres or so I walk with the dog every day. But it adds up to quite a bit more exercise per day. And I hardly eat any sweets (little cake, never dessert). Not because I ‘watch out’, but because I don't like it that much. Apart from that, I like to eat and I like to eat a lot!

Ha :) Fun to read this as I have the same approach. My weight is measured only once an year, by my GP during the routine yearly medical checkups :) Springs, summers, autumns, plenty of work outside in the garden and the yard. I miss walking though, I am waiting for a delivery of a bike trainer stand that I have vague plans to turn my bike into a micro power plant with a car alternator (that I already have). I have a sweet tooth though, I make our own sweet breads for Easter :) Huge fan of honey as well :)))

Hihi, yes, we are similar in that respect. I don't think there are many of ‘us’. Especially in the spoilt affluent countries, ‘we’ are probably rare. However, it can be so simple... 😉

Well, I didn't say I never eat sweets. If someone has baked something delicious, I never say no! And at invitations or generally on special days, not either. My ‘colourful plate’ (full of chocolate, gingerbread, chocolates, biscuits...) at Christmas is usually empty quite quickly... 😉
It's probably more about everyday life - and ‘we’ organise it well for our health without thinking about it...

:)))

Well, apart from some desserts exceptions, since the covid pandemic we cook 90% of the food that ends on our table so hopefully that counts in for a better health in the long run. Also trying to decrease processed food as much as possible.

In the last year for a few reasons I avoid buying chocolate but I bake cacao cakes once a month :)))

Of course, we tried Dubai chocolate, it was a bit of a disappointment though :)

we tried Dubai chocolate

Oh, cool. I did not - I am to stingy... ;-)

Well, you haven't missed big... highly overrated as every and each fashion item, lol.
Prices are still way too high, but I see they are decreasing a bit, probably reflecting its popularity...
