SPR Contest | Role of Physiotherapy in our life''.

I am very happy for my friend organising and she is doing great 😃 I am very excited to take part in this competition and this is one of my favourite field.

Physiotherapist plays are really vital and important role in our life not only to maintain our postures for good bones but also there are so many good effects of it.

Few days back I have backache and I was not even able to sit properly 😭 😭 I visit therapist. She taught me some exercises home and change my poster because I am household lady so I have to have work whole day so for me it is very hard job actually so I have backache all the time I was working like a 80 70 years old lady so for me it is very difficult.

From that thing I have learnt physiotherapy place really important role in our life to maintain our posture this also help us to prevent any injury this also prevent to keep our posture in proper place along with that our body mobility.

For me this is something which is beyond everything so I am nowadays concentrating on these exercises and hopefully I will share my feedback thank you so much for organising such important contest.
