What do they usually call these cookies in your country? Have you ever made "Pasta Seca" cookies? Tell us about your experience.

These cookies are called biscuits in my country and I guess these are mostly eaten at every home especially with tea or coffee and when the guests are arrived this is one of the favourite thing that is must served along with tea or coffee and people really love it I have never cooked pasta seca cookies in my life before it and I couldn't share my experience right now.

✓ Make "Dry Pasta" type cookies. You can follow the recipe presented in this course or the recipe of your choice (details utensils, ingredients and step by step).

For making biscuits I have used few ingredients which are as follows.

  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2cup
  • Pure ghee 1/2 cup
  • One egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Few drops of vanilla essence
  • Resins few
  • Coco power 1/tsp

Step 1

I take blender and added sugar first, I don't have icing sugar so I make icing sugar first after blending in blender and it was done very nice after that I have added desi ghee or pure ghee in sugar and blend it for 1 minute more to make a paste.
