Task 1 (1.25/1.5) | You shared good knowledge about pain, its types and pathology. What I was looking for was that someone would add extra, you share some extra about pain and explain very well. But it would be better if you add only about 2 main types acute and chronic pain. Otherwise you share great knowledge. |

It would be better if he start general range of motion of ankle joint with hot or cold pack after injury then feel better within few days of injury. Yes, one common reason of neck pain is poor posture and body mechanics while sleeping or doing work. That's good you evaluate well and guide him. |
Task 3 (6/6) | I am glad that you understand the lesson and completed all the questions, the best thing is you apply the hot pack or towel on the affected area that help him in pain relief. You perform the exercise well and that's good you stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough. I really appreciate that you recommend him exercises that are best for him. Secondly ask him to perform general range of motion of ankle joint like dorsiflexion, plantarflexion, ankle circumduction, inversion and eversion first active then resistive to increase strength and relief pain. |
