SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 35

As a year 1 student in the University of Portharcourt, Nigeria, I'm currently writing my first set of exams in the university. This week is going to be a busy week throughout. Exams here and there, alot of students who have been unserious are now serious by force. Nobody wants to fail and get s carryover that's why everybody are being serious this time around.

Yesterday I wrote an exam, I can't guarantee you that I wrote very well yet but I know I did what I should do. Before the exam I was always studying my books and I took my studies more serious last week that's why I couldn't even create a post in steemit for more than 4 days but I believe from today I will be active because I have made a unique timetable for my daily schedule.

My education is more important that's why I gave it all my attention since last week by studying hard. We went to the exam hall with a particular printout, pencil and a calculator. We were all adviced to keep away anything that will implicate us or tempt us to engage in examination malpractice.

Our phones are included too, I took this picture at the corridor when the supervisors weren't at the hall yet, some girls were standing outside with their pencil and others and my mind skipped for a minute because I thought the supervisors and lecturer were already present until I asked some people and they said they are absent and on their way coming.

I quickly took a picture, switched off my phone then kept it in custody of someone who was in charge of holding people's phones. I guess next time I won't bother to go to school with my phone until a serious need for that arises. The lecturer and the supervisors finally arrived and we were all set for the exam. They arranged us to their satisfaction in the exam hall and I was positioned at the middle of the hall. The exam started and also ended well yesterday. I pray for a good result.
