Hello my fellow steemians! I hope you are having a great weekend. Happy new weekend to you. My dear members of steem fashion&style I am here to share my most recent pencil drawing piece I did for this competition/contest. This job took me hours because I actually want it to be one of my best for this competition. I hope to win the contest. This is my very first time in this contest. I also want to use this opportunity to thank @hive-126193 for organizing this amazing contest. However I hope to do my best as one of the great artist in this platform. Economic Value Of Camu Camu fruit:

Concentrated Vitamin C Content:
The fruit is a natural source of Vitamin C, and its ability to extract high quantities of this important vitamin. This makes it highly demanded in the medicine industry.

Food and Medicine Manufacturing:
Camu Camu is very high vitamin in C content drives demand for it as a natural source of this necessary nutrient, used in juices, supplements, and other food commodities.

Income Generation:
The cultivation this fruit provides a livelihood for rural residential, contributing to regional development of those communities.

Products Exportation:
The fruit has a growing export market, with demand for the fruit and its processed forms increasing in countries like Europe, US and other countries.

Garbage Value:
Processing camu camu pulp creates opportunities to utilize byproducts, such as bioactive extracts, for the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, minimizing waste and maximizing resource utilization.

Drugs and Make-up Uses:
The fruit's bioactive compounds, including polyphenols, are used in the development of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. This increases the value in these industries since the demand is high, thus, making the value of its waste significant.

Worth Chain Development:
Creating or building value chains for the fruit, including improved production techniques, processing way, and marketing strategies, can lead to increased profits and sustainable livelihoods for the creators of those products.

Here are the steps on how I did the artwork.

First I had my materials ready, then I made my quick sketch with all the proportion and small details in their right place. After the skeleton or sketch was ready I started rendering my coloured pencils on the leaves and the leave's veins.
When I was done with the leaves I now went down to the body of the fruit. I started with the sliced one. It was very attractive to start with. I really loved the process. I could do colour mixing to achieve whatever colour I wanted. I made sure every detail was in its place according. I literally like what my coloured pencils did, even when it wasn't exactly what the reference looked like. I blended with my fingertips and went ahead to add the little highlights using my white highlighter pen called gel pen. Just go through the WIP (work in progress) by yourself.

Where I got my reference picture

I literally got my picture from the internet. At first I never knew anything about this fruit so I decided to do a little research or findings about the fruit and it's economic benefits before making a drawing of it. I won't lie this is my first time of coming across this particular fruit.
