The diary game 14-June-25||The reflection of the an other productive day 😇||

Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my diary blog ,I hope all of good by the grace of almighty Allah I am also fine alhudulliah,the summer vacations going on from my kids school ,my daughter practical exams remain theoretical assesments finished,After Eid ul azha festival long continuously busy in Eid preparations and animals shopping as well.
After Eid ul azha the beef of my cow stored in my fridge after distribution of meat in friends and family.I cooked Meat Qorma of my animal.My hubby really liked my meat Qorma,so guys let's share

For Qorma I followed my mother in laws recipe some yummy glimpses I share below specially clicked for my today's blog.By first I washed the meat then added spices , youhgat, ginger garlic paste and incorporated well and covered for 30 minutes marination.

Take a pan added oil and whole spices then poured marinated beef in it , saute well for 15 minutes then added 4 glass of water and let it done completely.Beef need more time as compared chicken,after hours the meat tender so I off the flame and added few drops of kewra essence.We all enjoyed in lunch today is Saturday my hubby had half day from office we we decide to go out after lunch .

At evening kids enjoyed their favourite cartoon show chota bheem ,now a day's they were free free from school.home works and constant routine we plan for water park soon ,in hot afternoon swimming in water park the fantastic idea .
Lucky I selected in season 25 in steemit learning challenge in fabric painting course so I need some art materials that necessary in teaching so I went ony neatest shop and bout all items from on shop and got discount and back to home ,my mother in low stayed at my house last two days so I have to ready dinner before 7 :30.
I made rice in dinner,in summers the light and yummy rice the perfect combination,i also made salad 🥗 with it ,after dinner my daughter walked dishes a d cleaned kitchen and made tea for us .
