SLC season 22 WK 6 || My creative bread||

I hope all of you good by the grace of almighty ,I am @sualeha so guys finally we reaching at the end week of this season and the bakery course first of all I truly appreciate the efforts of the baking course team they did fantastic job I love see in next season also many good wishes for all ....
My favourite bread is salty filling stuffed bread /semi sweet bread so for today I share here this bread and trying to show my creation in my style so guys with out ado let's move on the home taste that given in week 6 course.
When working with dough, how did you feel? Was it easy? Or complicated. Tell us about your experience
well it was very difficult for me to handled the dough due to many reasons l had great passion for cooking and baking but less knowledge and in complete information made me puzzled specially dough rising issues badly faced by me but fortunately bread course offered by steemit learning challenge from our lovely teachers,it's great initiative by steemit team and I love to learn more and more ..... The visible changes in my bread that would be only possible by this fruitful course I love to see in next season...
I participated in all six weeks and got remarkable challenges in my baking specially dough making and bread creations ideas....
Make a creative loaf of bread by choosing one of the recipes given in class, documenting the step-by-step process, and remember to use the poster with your username, date, class tag, #bakery-s22w6 , presenting your creation as an end-of-course presentation. Creativity will be assessed in the final presentation
Friends I love to present here the semi sweet bread with salty filling and all of the recipes of bread marvelous and method step by step document very clearly ,well guys I share below ingredients list ,step by step procedures and my final presentation at the end with my user name tag and date .
Ingredients for dough

- 450 gm All purpose flour
- Yeast 10 gm
- Sugar 2 tbs
- Salt 1 tbs
- Egg one
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Water as needed
- milk 1oo ml
Step :1 Making dough step by step in gif
For my bread I made dough first for that I followed the same style that I learned from the course.Add dry ingredients all purpose flour,yeast ,salt and sugar oil and egg incorporated well and kneaded the dough very well ,applied oil on top and wrapped it plastic wrap ,wait for good rising till 2 hours on harm place .

For salty filling I boiled the chicken then shared it ,take a pan added oil then chopped onion,shared chicken, ginger garlic paste,spices and tomato ketchup and mixed it well ,then added vegetables in it , dissolved corn flour in milk and pour in chicken fillings and let it cool
Step :3 Making creative breads in four style
Style no 1
I spread the whole dough on table and cut it in small 6 portions for 6 small bread in 3 different style .for first style I spread the dough in round shaped by rolling then cut it like semi circle and cut it edges like comb .
Now filled the dough and folded as shown in course strips pasted one by one and got perfect design on bread on put in pre heated oven after putting egg yolk brush on top .
Friends it's done in 20 minutes and show here the final presentation of my bread .The yummy and healthy bread had golden colour I hope you all like it
It's very easy to make I followed the step by step method for making from course.
Now comes to second creative style I like to share here in gif all process step for quick recap .
Style no :3
In third style I rolled the dough in same manner ,put the filling in one side of the bread not in the middle then wrapped completely then marked small cut which were hollow and pasted.
After baking I got the beautiful shaped of this bread I hope you liked it's very easy and creative style of making bread
Style no :4
This style I also made in class four home assignment in staffed bread ,it's also very easy style of making .
In this style rolled the bread and put stuffing on middle of bread and cut on both sides and placed strips one by one on each other.
After egg yolk applied on top put in the oven and after 20 minutes I gotten fantastic golden coloured bread ..

What challenges did you encounter during the preparation of your creative bread and which of the teacher's suggestions did you like the most?
Well the truth is that I had great experience throughout all weeks in season 22 with bakery course ,at the end of the course I am eligible to do smooth and fluffy bread in both ways stuffed ond plane both.
The most important and practical suggestion I like most was yeast activation step by step process, in fact before that I never knew the correct way of yeast activation is important and yes measurements are also very essential for good results, overall it's nice journey with my lovely teachers @yenny47 and @katherine012 ❤️❤️.
