Assalam o alaikum friends welcome to my blog I am here again in week 5 of SLC in season 22 in Bakery course,well pizza one of the popular food all around the world,I am from Pakistan and yes in few years pizza very fastly famous in my country because of delicious and new innovation people liked ,the perfect combination of proteins , carbohydrates and other healthy ingredients made it super demanding meals all over the world .
In Pakistan different verities of pizza available but the hot favourite type is Marinara pizza I liked to baked at home because it's had just a few basic ingredients like tomato sauce, cheese and aromatic herbs along with meat as well ,I liked to add cooked chicken chunks with spicy touch , infact it's tamping ingredients and full of melted muzerella cheese topping increased this pizza taste 😋 😋 double
Well guys I love to share here today Chicken Tikka flavor pizza having tomatoes sauce, spicy chicken chunks and some veggies and 🧀 cheese ,my home made pizza completely done by me with all some made ingredients and also share complete ingredients list and step by step procedure that would easy to follow by everyone so guys with out ado let's start my tamping pizza ...

Well guys for this pizza recipe we need basic three steps number one making dough ,then spicy chicken topping and third one is tomato 🍅 sauce preparetion so I share below how I made briefly.
Step :1
In first step I made pizza dough first for that I fermented the yeast as I learned in previous classes added yeast powder in warm water ,sugar and let it activated,now added it in all purpose flour then salt ,sugar and oil and kneaded with warm water , this time dough little bit sticky but kneaded well for 3 to 5 minutes on kitchen table for smooth texture fought then I applied some oil on top and wrapped with plastic sheet for 2 to 3 hours in dark and warm place for good rise.
Step :2
For Chicken Tikka topping we need bone less chicken chunks ,crushed red chilli ,salt ,turmeric powder, ginger chopped and vinegar oil, yougart and black pepper powder.

Step :3
In third step I made Pizza sauce ,the ingredients we needed for pizza sauce is tomatoes , vinegar,red crushed chilli , salt ,oil , chopped onion and garlic,black pepper powder and oregano ,first boiled the tomatoes first in water then peel of the skin and blended that in blender jar and made thick paste .Took a pan add oil then chopped garlic in it after that added tomato paste ,spices one by one in sauce on medium flame and in the last add oregano and off the flame and let it cool.
Step :4
Now I got sauce ,pizza dough and chicken topping now it's time to making pizza for that spread the dough on table and cut equally 4 portion for I will make four medium size pizzas.
Now it's time to made pizza assembling for that after shaped rolling pin then spread pizza bread and placed on pizza baking trey after grease that with oil put tomatoes sauce by spoon evenly on bread then sprinkle chicken chunks ,chopped onion , capsicum and tomatoes and last but not least very tamping ingredients the heart of pizza Mozzarella cheese in grated form as you see in images .
After that put the pizza in pre heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes .
Final presentation
The yummest aroma spreading out from oven it's indicates your tasty pizza is ready to eat ,my my family members including my self crazy lover 😍 😍 of chicken Tikka pizza ever and everyone enjoyed the hot hot treat 🤤.
I captured the final results of my pizzas I made 4 medium size pizzas from the dough .
Well friends we all cheese lover and we ordered pizza from out size or made home pizza with of alot of cheese topping we never satisfied or liked the taste,the perfect cheesey pizza is that who had both Mozzarella and charder cheese .
Any kind of Cheese by product of milk so having rice amount of calcium and protein and good fats as well good for bones muscles and increased hight in growing kids ,it's fact a certain amount intake gives you tasty and healthy meal so I include pizzas in my daily menu delicacies but in modration.
Well it's true that some ingredients like all purpose flour having carbohydrates ,loaded cheese topping increased weight rapidly.
My kids fond of pizza and want to eat daily but I never allowed them infact excess of everything is bad now a day no physical activities are exist anymore due to busy life so took everything in balance ,the ratio of obesity gradually increased just because of eating junk foods.
so in my opinion never leave complete or never took every day kept healthy life style like light exercise or walk daily and balanced diet make you stronger and healthier 💖 💖.
