Hello Steemit friends,

How are you all? I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today is 18-06-25, and the day of Wednesday. Today, I am spending my day preparing traditional Bangladeshi food Zarda for the Steemit Challenge along with my regular activities. In today's diary game, I am going to present some notable events of it. I hope you will like today's diary game.

It is 7.15 am. I wake up. I wash my hands and face and freshen up. All the children have gone to school. I do some physical exercise at home alone, walk on the roof of the house, and suddenly it rains heavily. I return home quickly.
I enter the kitchen. My wife has cooked the curry. I decided to make Potato stuffing. I put the potatoes on the stove and prepared them by cutting onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Then I fry the potatoes in mustard oil and make Potato stuffing.

I have to go to the office; I'm starting to prepare for it. I take a bath and have breakfast with rice. I look at the sky through the window.
It is 10 am, and it is still raining heavily. I take an umbrella and head towards the office. As soon as I go out on the road, I face danger. Due to the rain, water has risen on the road. Now, either I have to wade through the water and go towards the office or I have to wait for a rickshaw.

I decided to wait. After waiting for a long time, I find an empty rickshaw and take it to the office.
I reach the office at 10.45 am. I sit at my desk. I look at today's work, and then focus on urgent work. I continue to work single-mindedly.
At 11.15 am, I take a tea break, have a light snack, and drink a cup of tea. Today, they brought singhara as light tiffin. On the one hand, the rain made the atmosphere of the hot singaras fun.I started working again after eating hot singaras and continued working continuously until noon.

I worked until 2.15 pm and finished most of my regular work. Now I took a lunch break and first offered Zuhr prayers and ate lunch.
I took a short rest and started working again. At 3.30 pm, I drank another cup of tea and refreshed my body and started working to finish the remaining work.

I am busy with my regular activities

The office closed at 6 pm. I cleaned my desk and left the office.
I left for the sweet shop. I went in front of Pagla Supermarket and went to a famous sweet shop in the area. From there, I bought 1/2 kg of small sweets.
Along with that, I bought some more ingredients for making zarda and left for home.

I reached home and offered Maghrib prayers.Now I sit down to eat my afternoon meal. My wife has made laccha semai today. After eating semai with the children, I sit down to make zarda at 8 pm.
A challenge is going on on Steemit where I have to make traditional food of the country. I have selected zarda as a traditional food. Now I have started making that zarda.

My ingredients to make the delicious zorda

I start with all the ingredients for making zarda. I follow each step of cooking make zarda and take pictures of each step.
My zarda is finished at 9.45 pm. I feed my little son the first zarda and check the taste of the zarda. When he gives a positive signal, I understand that my zarda is really delicious.

This time I went out to buy cheese. Cheese is not available in the area where I live. Then I gave the responsibility of buying cheese to a friend of mine. He goes to Dhaka every day for work. He bought cheese and brought it to me. I paid him the money he owed.
