Hello friends, how are you, I hope everyone is fine, I am also fine, in fact, every day something happens in people's lives, I will try to present some beautiful moments of my day through post, without further ado, let's start.

Friends, you can see here the flower tree is beautifully designed inside the top. It is mainly done in different places of our office. Actually our factory has different kinds of flower and fruit trees and it is a deciduous tree. And with this tree, various places in our factory have been designed like this and it has been done by our factory people and for this the factory beauty has increased a lot. Which I like very much.

Friends you can see me and all the safety committee members of our factory went on floor visit today. In fact our intention was to check the floor for any accidents, or anything untoward. You can see that goods are kept inside the road. And if an accident happens in the factory, people can get into various kinds of trouble to get out of this direction. So you can see that we have solved this problem immediately and shared it with you again by taking pictures. In fact, we do these things twice a month. I am the member secretary of this committee.

Friends visited the floor today and saw some workers operating the Overlook machine without wearing any masks. As you can see in the picture, we first identified him not wearing a mask. And later we gifted a box from ourselves and put it on him. And took pictures and shared them with you. In fact, excessive amount of dust comes out from these machines, so the health risk increases a lot if masks are not worn. So we advise him to read Max. And let us know about the problems of not wearing masks and he gives us an immediate promise that he will work wearing masks from now on. Worked on a few more minor problems today.

Friends, you can see here the main door is blocked with goods. And a part of the door is closed, which will prevent the exit of people through this main door in case of accidents like fire, earthquake, landslide in the factory. So we all members of the safety committee solved this problem immediately and took pictures and shared it with you. In fact the main door should never be blocked because any accident can happen anytime in the factory so preparations should always be made to deal with the accident. Because everyone exits through the main door, this door can never be blocked. And those who were working blocking it were made aware of its dangers and all the members of the safety committee were present at that time.

Friends you can see here a worker is running swing machine without any needle guard. And this is what we found out together with all the members of the safety committee. and stopped her work and put her back to work with a needle guard. And shared that picture with you. In fact, if the needle guard is not installed in the swing machine, the needle can break at any time and cause various problems in the worker's eyes or anywhere on the body, and there is a possibility of a serious incident. So we all inform him about the dangers of not wearing this needle guard. And try to explain the benefits of working with a needle guard. And he promised us he would work on the needle guard from now on.
