I really love to participate in this contest, My skill is my power. Today I am here with my cooking skills. I will share with you the recipe of Kala Bhuna with beef. Kala Bhuna with beef is a very popular and delicious dish. It tastes great with rice or paratha. I cooked Kala Bhuna for my entire family. I have shared with you the complete tutorial on how I cook this recipe. Let's start with the house.

Step1
A special spice is needed to cook Kala Bhuna. I have made Kala Bhuna that special spice with some spices at home. You can see in the picture that I have taken a few types of spices. I have lightly fried all the spices in the oven. After frying, I have blended all the spices well in a small blender jar. After blending, the spice powder looks very beautiful.

After that, I have finely chopped some onions. Then, I washed and cleaned the meat well. I used 1 kg of meat here. I will give this one bowl of onion along with it.

Then I put a pan on the stove. I put some oil in the pan and stirred all the onions in it. I fried the onions well. When all the onions turned brown, I reduced the stove's flame.

Then I put the washed meat in the pan. After adding the meat, I added all kinds of spices on it. I also added the special spice that I had prepared for making Kalabo Na. After adding all the spices together, I stirred it well with a spoon.

I covered the curry with a lid for some time. After a while, I removed the lid, stirred it again and covered it. In this way, I stirred and covered it several times. While cooking this recipe, the stove fire should be kept on medium flame. Otherwise, the meat will burn. This recipe made with meat needs to be stirred frequently while cooking. When the meat was fifty percent cooked, I stirred it again.

After the meat water had completely dried up, I added a cup of water to it. After adding this water, I stirred it and covered it again.I turned off the stove when the meat water had dried up and changed. Then I chopped some onions and garlic, fried them in a little oil, and left them on top of the meat.

After putting the chopped onion and garlic on the fried meat, I cut a raw onion on top of it. Then I let the curry sit on the stove and cook for some more time. When the meat was completely cooked and was turning black, I took it off the stove. You can see in the picture that the Kalabhuna curry made with meat is cooked. The color came out perfectly. It was as tempting to look at as it was to eat.
