Hi amazing friends! Trust you all are good. I will love to share my memories of the year 2024 with you.

I don't think I'll be wrong to say that 2024 has been the best year of my life (so far). This year has been special. Let me tell you about it.

I spent the early part of the year preparing for my final examinations as a final year student in high school. I wrote six different examinations in a space of four months. This was no easy task. I'm so grateful to God and my parents that I was able to complete my six years journey in high school. It was arduous, but I made it.

I'm so thankful for the amazing friends I made during my stay in school. We've formed a bond that would last a long time.

Few days to my last paper, I signed up for Steemit. I was introduced to Steemit by @goodybest but I kept procrastinating. I eventually signed up in July. I loved writing and was drawn to the financial aspect of Steemit.

So far, I have enjoyed every bit of my stay here. Truly, Steemit is one of its kind. I was able to participate in the Steemit Learning Challenge season 21. I was very active in the makeup course by @almacaridad and participated in all six courses. I had a great time.

I was also privileged to attend the National Steemit Meetup for Nigerians in November. It was amazing. I met with the Steemians I communicate with on this platform for the first time. I saw other usernames I never knew existed and checked them out. It created some sort of awareness. I was encouraged to continue blogging despite having low votes. I got to know that commenting on other people's posts provides an opportunity for making friends and creating visibility. I'm so glad I could attend it - it was definitely worth it.

Now, the fun part of the year. I embarked on a trip that would remain evergreen in my heart. I travelled to some states in Nigeria and the highpoint was traveling out of Nigeria for the first time. I had the opportunity to visit Ghana.

I had fun in Lagos. I made a blog about it. I tried Amala and Ewedu ( a local dish popular among the Yorubas). I also tried other dishes.

I visited two interesting places. I visited Legon Botanical Gardens and Tema Port. I attended the largest floating book fair in the world hosted by Logos hope. I had fun in these places.

I attended the three days regional convention of Jehovah's Witnesses in the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo. The theme of the Convention was - "Declare the Good News". It gave us reasons not to fear bad news anymore because the problems we are facing are temporary. We were motivated to continue declaring the good news.

I participated in the convention as a Watchtower commenter on Sunday. This was my first time talking to a large number of audience - 32,750 people. That was massive. I was very nervous but as soon as I climbed the stage, my fears vanished. I spoke with boldness and was even commended for my part.

2024 has been a memorable year for me. It has been a special one. I was completed my high school which is a good achievement. I also gained admission to study Nursing Science -my desired course in the university.

I'm happy I was able to share my beautiful memories of 2024 with you. I am looking forward to creating even better memories in the coming years.

I would love to invite @ukpono , @blessedbee @goodybest @vickmoon and @ulfatulrahmah to participate.
