I am so much happy today that I have no words to express my happiness into words and these kinds of perfume I was looking since long time and you know each of these perfume cost around 50000 in Pakistan so I went to Mart where I saw some kind of sale was going on and he ask me madam what do you want to buy so I was looking for fragrance and he told me can I show you copy of some original perfumes so I thought I should not buy but when I see this.

Each of this perfume cost around 200-300 and I feel so much proud to buy then then I went to nearby another Mart to check whether these are original fragrances or not and I was shocked to knew that these absolutely the same just the difference is in the duration of period means these are less than for more than 6 hours and the original once are for 24 hours so I thought this is something which I can give and this is beyond my expectations to talk.

Afternoon routine

Now a days I am trying to eat healthy sleep healthy and work healthy so I have put on at Le so much during this winter season because I guess we eat more during winter and we drink less so we put on more weight so I was very worried about my weight and everybody was asking that you have put on so much please try to overcome as soon as you can so I am try to control my portion I eat everything but what I do I just try to keep it in portion so that I can help me to reduce.

evening routine

So when I went to my clinic they are one of our staff bring this food and I can't express my happiness while eating this yummy delicious food I will recommend all the people stay healthy and eat home food good for gut and stomach.

I will recommend the people who stay active and wanted to stay active for longer period of time do some exercise eat healthy sleep healthy and must take care of yourself give yourself proper time and the most important thing is the exercise must do to keep healthy and stay healthy.
