'SFS Contest Week 36 | Drawing Contest | Draw Rambutan''.
Hello guys, I hope you all are doing fine? Well here with me is a drawing I did to enroll for a contest. This must have to be one of the most difficult fruits I have ever drawn in a long while. This particular contest has opened my eyes to other fruits that I have no idea existed, first when I saw the name -RAMBUTAN- I was confused like I have never seen or heard about this fruit, but out of curiosity I decided to take up the challenge into knowing about the fruit and also doing a drawing of it.
Rambutan is a small, round fruit with a hairy or spiky outer skin. It is native to Southeast Asia and has a sweet, juicy flesh inside. The fruit looks a bit like a hairy ball, and it’s related to other fruits like lychees and longans.
Here are some of the benefits:
Rambutan is full of vitamin C, which helps your body fight off sickness, keeps your skin healthy, and supports your immune system.
The fruit is high in fiber, which helps keep your digestive system working well and prevents constipation.
Rambutan contains carbohydrates, which are a good source of energy for your body, especially if you’re active.
Contains Antioxidants help protect your cells from damage. Rambutan has antioxidants like vitamin C and other compounds that may help keep you feeling healthy and younger-looking.
It Supports Skin Health Because of its vitamin C content and other nutrients, rambutan is believed to help maintain healthy skin and may even help reduce signs of aging.
The fruit has a high water content, which helps keep your body hydrated, especially in hot weather.
Some people use rambutan oil on their hair because it’s thought to promote healthier hair growth and prevent hair loss.
Some studies suggest that the fruit might help lower cholesterol and improve heart health due to its antioxidants and fiber.
Rambutan is tasty, nutritious, and can be a great addition to your diet, but like any fruit, it’s best eaten in moderation.
I really learnt from this fruit not only by drawing it but by knowing it benefits, and I hope someday I will get to try it.
