RE: SFS Contest Picture Of the day week28
Congratulations to your aunt, the newest landlord in town! I completely agree that owning your own home is one of the greatest joys in life. As the saying goes, "We don't always have what we want." Many people aspire to own their own houses but face financial challenges. Thus, the journey continues... May God bless your aunt's children for remembering their mother and giving her such a wonderful gift!
We look forward to a future where everyone is a landlord, and there are no tenants because we will build our own houses and live in them, creating a paradise for all - Isaiah 65:21-23.
You are right the best thing one can offer for his or herself is to build a house .I believe there is time for every thing but one will always plan , inorder to achieve something. In my country landlords are really exaggerating when it comes to rent .They extort all your salary especially when they know you are financially stable . I hope in not thesame case in Nigeria .
I laugh 🤣😂 in Swahili; here is the worst, And I can't really blame them, given that the cost of building materials has risen significantly.
It seems this problem is everywhere. We know in Cameroon building material is cheap in Nigeria .A bag of cement is here is 5800cfa
It's not so oo; a bag of cement is approximately 10,000 Naira, and a trip of sand is 45,000 Naira, not to mention other building materials like iron, rods, roofing materials, etc. It's not easy o. It's even better there, imagine your currency is better than ours now.
