Today, I am going to share a drawing of a frog and its surroundings, which include small and large mushrooms along with some tiny grass. When you look at this drawing, it will feel like a tiny world belonging to the frog.

Today, I am going to share a drawing of a frog and a mushroom with you all. Without further delay, let's get started.

🍄 Step I

First, I take a white paper and write my username and the date on it. Then, using a pencil, I draw a mushroom. Next, on its right side, I draw the frog’s face, head, and one front leg.

🍄 Step II

Now, I draw the lower part of the frog’s body and its back leg. Then, I draw another front leg that is slightly raised.

Next, I draw a small mushroom on the right side of the frog. Now, on the underside of the big mushroom’s cap, I use a pencil to draw oval-shaped lines. Similarly, I draw lines on the small mushroom on the right side.

🍄 Step IV

Now, I draw another small mushroom slightly curved under the large mushroom. Then, I draw two small patches of grass here. The drawing is complete, and now I will start coloring it.

🍄 Step V

First, I use yellow color on the underside of the large mushroom’s cap. Then, I draw several small circular shapes on the cap. Now, leaving out the small circular parts, I color the entire cap red.

🍄 Step VI

Now, I color the top part of the small mushroom on the left side under the big mushroom with a combination of yellow and red. I also use red for the small mushroom on the right side of the frog. Next, I apply yellow color on the lines drawn on the underside of the small mushroom caps.

🍄 Step VII

	Frogs and eye color

Now, I use a combination of yellow and green on the long stem of the large mushroom. Then, I color the stems of the small mushrooms with a combination of orange and yellow. I use dark green on the upper part of the frog’s body and light green on the lower part, maintaining the same color combination for its three legs. Then, I use black for the frog’s eyes and mouth. Finally, I color the small grass patches green.

🍄 Step VIII

Now, I use a combination of yellow and green at the bottom part. Then, using a gel pen, I add small black dots. Next, I use the gel pen to draw several grass-like shapes.

🍄 Step IX

Now, I use a gel pen to carefully outline the entire drawing. I also use the gel pen to add small dots on the left side of the large mushroom’s stem and draw several markings on the upper part of the frog’s body.

Using Tag

The drawing and coloring are now complete. I then use tags and capture a picture of my artwork.

✅ How long did it take to complete your drawing, and how do you feel about it?

It took me approximately an hour to complete this drawing. No matter how much time it takes—whether more or less—I always try to give my best to make my artwork as good as possible. I absolutely loved working on this piece because I stay excited from the beginning to the end of any creation. Seeing the final look of my drawing made me really happy.

To participate in the contest, I was looking for something different today. And, of course, the best way to find new ideas is through social media or YouTube. I found the inspiration for this drawing from social media, but while creating it, I modified some elements to add my own touch.
