Class tasks
First breakfast: Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient, identifying the macronutrients present in the dish.

I prepared scrambled Spanish omelette. I peeled my potatoes and sliced them in vey thin pieces for easy cooking. I cut the onions and fresh tomatoes.
I added butter to the pan and added the potatoes. I allowed it to cook for sometime until the potatoes are well cooked under low heat and then I added the tomatoes and onions and salt to taste.
I allowed to cook a little and I added my eggs and covered to cook.
I love my omelette scrambled so I scrambled it and then my omelette was ready.

2nd breakfast: Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient and add a bread substitute.

Procedure
I peeled my potatoes and boiled them alongside with the eggs and sliced the vegetables.
I added water to the pot and a dash of olive oil. I added crayfish, onions, pepper and salt to the water for taste. I allowed to boil and added my vegetables to the water and stirred. Allowed to boil for some minutes and server.

Bread substitute
The bread substitutes present was vegetables and sweet potatoes.
Third breakfast: Prepare a breakfast with eggs as the main ingredient, analyzing the ingredients present in your dish.

- Toast bread
- Boiled egg
- Olive oil
- Cup of beverage
Procedure
I Boiled my egg first. I have been avoiding eating fried food for sometime so instead of frying the egg, I had to leave them boiled. I used a brush to apply olive oil lightly on my bread to toast it manually.
I didn’t have a toaster hence I had to toast the bread manually. And I used beverage as accompanying liquid.
My breakfast of toast bread, boiled egg and beverage was ready.
