SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 26

Greetings friends and welcome to my sweet blog with all the juicy details. Am glad to be a part of this amazing contest. And guess what is my picture for the day, Tada….

Who doesn’t love love. Well I love love and I know you do too. I also love weddings. Food and drinks all around. So I must say that I was super excited when I was invited to this beautiful wedding between this two amazing couples.

The day began feverishly as we had to journey quiet a distance to grace the occasion. The wedding was fixed for 9:30am and we got to the wedding venue before the time only to be met with empty hall. I had to call the Bride and she said they will soon be on their way. We waited and waited for extra two hours plus before they showed up.

Meanwhile I had slept in late the previous night only to wake up early just to be early for the wedding then the delay. So I used that opportunity to look for a good spot to take a little nap. I was napping when one of my colleagues woke me up that the bride and groom was around. That’s after two hours of waiting.

Soonest the wedding began and it was a beautiful and swift joining of the couple amidst the presence of their well wishers and family members. The bridesmaids and groom men’s were all looking amazing in their full regalia. The couples were full of smiles and love for each other. We prayed for them that their union would be blissful and fruitful.

We didn’t stay for the wedding reception because we had something else to attend to but they gave us our own share of the foods and drinks and we left happily. It was a nice event and I took a good picture as a remembrance of this great day in celebration of love.
