SFS Contest Picture of the Day Week 34
Today I will be participating in the Steem fashion contest.
Like they always say, time waits for nobody. I I really believe I am a perfect definition of it. Thank God we have pictures available to us so that it can always help us to remind us of our past memories that we share together. Today I will be sharing with us one of the picture that even after 9 years ago, is still so special to me because of how much it means to me.
This particular picture you are seeing above is a picture of when I graduated from secondary school in 2016. If I am correct, that will be around 9 years ago. We just finished our waec and about to depart form school for the last time when we decided to take this particular picture.
For me, always looking at this picture is beyond the picture. I see a lot of memories and moments tied to this picture. This particular picture seems to summed up my whole 6 years journey in secondary school. I started my secondary school journey 2010 when I was in jss1 and I finished it in 2016.
As a young Nigerian teenager that I am, that I just finished the secondary school and juts about to step into another world, we were filled with so much anxiety and curiosity because we didn't know what lays ahead of us. Trust me, this is more than 10 years now and I can say I am proud that I am part of the memories that I shared with those guys. You might not see me in the picture but I am actually right behind the picture that was taken.
I remember that particular day, we have been planning that we will celebrate the last day of our papers. It was filled with so much happiness because we knew we will be free from the stress of secondary school. Well we never knew there is a bigger stress ahead of us in the university 😂😂
Looking back now and how times have really flies, I must say there is time and season for everything. The most shocking thing is those guys, we hardly see again as before. Everyone have find their own way in life and well that is just how life is. Even some of my mates in my secondary school, it has really been a while I saw them last. Well that is just how life can be.
