Mactan National High School Campus

Hello fellow steemian, friends and folk,

The Mactan National High School is a public highschool campus that is located at barangay Mactan Lapu-lapu City, and it has a wide entrance gate enough to cater big vehicles. This school campus is divided into two school levels, the Mactan Junior High School and the Mactan Senior High School, but it was in the same campus with different school head. The junior highschool have many school buildings compared to the senior highschool, because it has a many student populations than a senior highschool. The junior highschool has four grade levels, namely; grade 7, grade 8, grade 9 and grade 10 while the senior highschool has only two levels, grade 11 and grade 12 students.

Every building is composed of first, second, third and fourth floors, and with five classrooms in every floor and in different sections. The front one is occupied by the grade 9 and grade 10 students and upon entering the whole campus at the back and back right portions and infront of the gym is occupied by all grade 7 and grade 8 students, while in the left most back portions of the campus, it was the buildings of all senior high school, grade 11 and grade 12 students.

The school building has a wide hallway, in my estimate it measures 2 meters wide and has an exit stairway on the side, enough space to evacuate students in times of natural calamities like, earthquakes, and disasters like, fires.

The building infront of the gym was its ongoing rennovations, so that's why you have seen some scaffholdings installed and due to the cracks found on the outside walls, and the other portion was the paint rennovations, because the paint is almost fading due to oldness of the building.

And in every school levels it has a different own jurisdiction, by extra-curricular activities, and by programs, but with the same venues that to be held on every activities and programs. Like for examples, intramurals and other sports event, SPTA (Student Parents Teachers Association) meetings and graduation programs.

Inside the school campus it has its own canteen on where the students can buy drinks, snacks and eats what they want.

In every designated areas, the school principal provides a comfortable set for the students. So there are concrete benches on every designated locations, inwhich students can spend their time to rest or else can make their prescribe projects and most can study their lessons.

Infact, this newly finished covered court on the left-side are one of the school projects, which we had already benefited, because lastmonth all respected parents which have a graduating students, the grade 10, conducts a general meeting for what would be the best things to do during the coming graduation day.

There was a wall of fame - meaning this are the outstanding students who will give pride to the school, examples; wins to the sports event like city palaro, CVIRAA, and other extra-curricular activities likes, division festival of talents, press conference and olympics.

There was also a fishpond found inside the school campus, emphasizes as decorative and ornamental elements, the koi fish that freely swims, big and small one, which koi fish symbolizes good fortune, love, friendship, perseverance, overcoming obstacles, often representing strength and resilience, and bravery.

Lastly the concrete pavements, which give benefits to the students inorder not to get mud on their shoes. And provide a comfortable walk and gives a durable surface for student as sidewalk ways.

For conclusion, the Mactan National High School campus is one of the biggest highschool campus in Lapu-lapu City, so no doubt, it is the most enrolled highschool in town.
