I believe you are totally mistaken and confusing a particular situation that we talked about with a wider discussion that has absolutely no bearing in that 1 artist's situation. We are not talking about one individual here, and it wouldn't make any sense to do so.
You are right that this is not what was planned or discussed between us because this has only laterally to do with that situation. Also, this document has nothing to do with your ideas or solutions, since you have contributed with nothing but bad blood into a discussion that intends to be inclusive and to search for a path to a comprehensive system of support for all artists that merit, not just the couple of them you choose to distinguish.
This discussion is very much open and you don't tell me what to do.
