Knowing your club status @srrebullient
Hey guys,
Today I would like us to quickly look into how to know our club status on the Steemit platform.
Knowing club status has been so confusing, especially for beginners and newbies on the Steemit platform, and most times it confuses those who ain't new on the platform. For that reason, I have decided to take out this time to educate us on how to check and know our various club statuses.
There are certain reasons as to why one should be aware of their club status and they include;
- Avoidance of using wrong tags
Using wrong hashtags is something that has been very common among Steemians and this act usually leads to stressing curators who will have to check to confirm in other to avoid giving out rewards not merited.
- Not missing out on certain benefits
Not knowing club status sometimes deprives Steemians of the right they have to certain additional benefits. Steemians tend to earn additional rewards as regards the club they are participating in. Some might be qualified to use the club75 hashtag but due to their inability to check their club status, they keep using just the club5050 hashtag thereby losing out on the benefits that come from either @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02, or @steemcurator03.
- Qualification purposes, etc.
Some communities on Steemit such as the SteemitCryptoAcademy have their criteria for accepting participants one of them is the minimum participation in club5050. Steemians who don't know how to check their club status might sometimes waste their efforts in creating content only to find out from the curators that they are not eligible thereby rendering their posts invalid.
- CLUB5050
In other to join the club5050 status, a steemian is expected to have powered up at least 50 percent of their total earnings in a month.
Let's say for instance you earned a total of 200 Steem coins in the last 30 days, in other to maintain your club5050 status, you will need to at least power up 100. But in case you have transferred out over 100 Steem coins and still want to be eligible for club5050, then you will need to transfer in Steem coin from exchanges and power up what will be equivalent to what you have transferred out.
CLUB | POWER UP % | DURATION |
---|---|---|
5050 | 50% | 1 Month |
- CLUB75
In other to join the club75 status, a Steemain is expected to have powered up at least 75 percent of their total earnings in 2 months.
Some people make the mistake of checking their club75 status using a duration of 1 month. This is wrong because no matter how much you have powered up in a month if your 3-month power up is not up to 75 percent of your total earnings, you won't be eligible for club75.
CLUB | POWER UP % | DURATION |
---|---|---|
75 | 75% | 2 Months |
- CLUB100
In other to join the CLUB100 status, a Steemain is expected to have powered up all earnings in at least 3 months.
CLUB | POWER UP % | DURATION |
---|---|---|
100 | 100% | 3 Months |
This now brings us to what could be considered as the most important section of this lecture.
