Incredible India monthly contest of January #2|The finest and most imperfect decision for my life journey!

in Incredible India2 days ago

Welcome to my blog! I was attracted to share my little experiences on the topic under review. One we humans would acknowledge is the fact we are not superhumans or perfect in all things we do. Since we are not anywhere new to perfection but rather susceptible to mistakes, it is ideal to experience the good, bad, and ugly from our decisions.

Share some perfect and imperfect decisions you made as of now!

I would start by sharing some of the good sides of my decision-making. I am a careful person despite the distractions of late. While growing up, until the time of university education and building a family, I made some clear-cut decisions. These decisions only became fine and perfect because of their results in the end. Imagine if they were deviants to original plans.

Firstly, I made a decision from my year one as a university student to graduate with at least a second class honors first division to enable compete favorably during my job selection time, and that was achieved after a 5-year level course. This didn't come all rosy, but with hard work at every point in time.

At one time, I became so exam/test starved because I needed to write and be tested. This was because of my decision which made studying a part of me at that time. Though this didn't go well in my level one exam due to late resumption and settlement issues then, I had to get myself fixed up from level two. And all these plans are now history with the desired expectations.

The second fine decision was having my home started as a parent. This was subject to getting a hood income either through a job or business path and this was a guarantee to happen. All I needed to do was to press on harder in my job search, bearing in the already made decision. This happened as I expected. I am happy for that singular decision and consciousness to make this happen in a timely.

Just like I've stated some of the fine decisions made, so are the imperfect ones made over the years. My first ever imperfect decision was to step down from my decision to become a medical personnel. This was a dream profession aside from the teaching profession inherent in the home. Stepping down this dream career was characterized by my naivety. Just one or two other suggestions from others disabused my mind, as well as other strong favoritism required to earn admission at that level.

The other bad or ugly decision-making I made was refusing some job offers earlier than I thought wouldn't be of great benefit. They both turned out to be my supposed best offers of the present assuming I had made that decision now.

Which lessons did you learn from those decisions?

Be it positive or negative, there are lessons learned from either side. We have to be determined while. making some. life-changing decisions. While making such decisions, we should also ensure that we have an elderly one who must have taught it before delving into such a lane. This is because, at that tender age, we sometimes are clouded by emotions and sentiments.

Therefore, decisions of life-changing scenarios should be supported by mature minds rather than self and young thinking paths. For my academic excellence and family makeup, every mature and elderly mind would support this path of thought.

Share some suggestions that we must think about before making decisions!

While making decisions, we should avoid being found in the mix of emotions and sentiments. This has never given anyone the best and perfect decision-making. They are mainly skewed due to their lack of foundational basis. Have we ever wondered why making decisions when angry happens to be suicidal to all concerned? But the decision maker and whom this decision is meant for are never on the advantage side.

Decisions should be well thought through before exercising them. For instance, I had to reject a lecturing job immediately after graduation because I wanted to be a banker, which I later got dissatisfied with after a year of service with them. I was naive; I did not consult anyone to give me a clear thought on this before taking such a decision.

Thank you...

I wish to invite @chilaw, @rosselena, @paholags

Exactly, life is full of learning. We just have to do our best to minimize the damages we make through our innocent decision.
Thank you for your valuable feedback

¡Saludos amigo!🤗

Exactly. Life is sometimes complex to comprehend. Just as we think we are on a clean path, other distortions from other parts disrupt what we do. Have you wondered why those supposedly dull or unserious peers tend to be more progressive than others? Life continues to happen every now and then. Anyway, we just need to keep moving, regardless...

Thank you, good friend...❤️
