Do you believe the proverb behind every successful man; there is a woman? Explain!

This is a proverb that has found its historical place in the minds of our forefathers, transcending from generation to generation. I am a believer in the proverb as it greatly represents the unionism between man and woman and how best they support each other.

Each time I hear this proverb, I vividly come to understand the importance of the female gender, which has been commonly unrecognized in customary and traditional lines. Many of these schools of thought believe the role of the woman relegates her to the house chores affairs without the impact that warrants success.

However, I am of the thought that woman remains the pillar in this context. A situation whereby the functionality of a man is evidently ensured by the peace and stability at home that allow for effective and efficient work delivery in his career. The emotional and psychological support and encouragement he receives are the backbone of his success there. This also extends to taking full responsibility at home that ensures full concentration of man's career pursuit.

Therefore, this proverb cannot be overemphasized given the silent role of women behind the scenes. This silent and background role that is mostly not recognized in the scheme of things, though vital, is what is termed the contributory effort of the woman.

How can we remain balanced in our relationship?

Maintaining balance in our relationship requires some form of purposeful intentions. This does not come by accident but rather by being intentional. However, a balanced relationship brings about stability, satisfaction, and all-round peace. In maintaining this always, we have to note the following:

Maintaining good communication between̈ both partners entails everyone can freely and expressly communicate without limitations. Communication is said to be effective when the other party understands the message passed, and this could come with relative listening skills.

Maintaining a balance in a relationship will also come with respect for each other. In doing so, boundaries could be set and clearly define what bonds and divides them.

In maintaining a balanced relationship, there should be room for shared responsibility. A good responsibility, as well as decision-making from both parties, tends to create stronger synergy and a balanced relationship.

I do not see why there should be discrimination if we are really modern in our ways. The era of subjecting another gender to a low-status path should be ancient in our existence. Both genders should be treated equally and allowed to freely express themselves without any form of subjection or limitation.

At least the Human Rights Act of most countries has made it clear enough in this recourse. No human is less of the other and this is also noted on gender bases.

Having equal opportunities simply fosters better decision-making, greater creativity, and innovation. Having a mix of both genders helps to bring about a great dispensing of ideas that affect all concerned as well as diversity.

Lastly, keeping a positive mindset on this, having men and women treated alike brings about the gradual to complete removal of every form of stereotyping against any gender.

In conclusion, the existence of humans was intended to be a support base for each other. This shared responsibility should relatively bring about improved success, balanced relationships, as well gradual removal of stereotyping.
Achieving gender equality is not just a moral imperative but also essential for the advancement of society as a whole. It requires a collective effort, ongoing dialogue, and commitment to change.
