Greetings, Steemit Team,
Today I am here to submit our engagement challenge application(Season 8) on behalf of the community.

As I mentioned in my early application, I formed the community to bring all steemit people under a canopy;
who love to share various forms of art and culture of their country.
In our community neither, we have language barriers;
nor do we have any country barriers.
Our purpose is to give every steemian a place to share their creativity related to art and culture, whether it is newbies or tenure. I wanted to give writers wings to fly willingly with their creative writings.

Around nine months before, I thought to construct a place where authors would get the leverage to share everything;
whether it is about art, culture, or freewriting.
There should not have any language barriers or country barriers;
Hence I created this community for all steemians.
Our community constantly works with newbies, and through tutorial classes, on discord, we guide them about the rules and regulations;
to maintain the decorum of this platform.

Reasons why their community should be selected for the Challenge |

During season seven, my team members and I were hopefully able to show our abilities.
Our discipline and hard work would be the answer to getting one more chance.
Another reason is to get this chance to enhance our community account.
Another chance can help us to boost our community account. Most of our users are newbies, and our community account does not have much steem power;
so if we get a chance this time, we can enhance our community account a bit more.
I would prefer to set beneficiaries for our moderators;
like I did in season seven.

I personally enjoyed verifying the engagement challenge post for the first time in our community. It has been an opportunity to read many good posts. And I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to verify all those posts. Hopefully this time our community will be selected for the engagement challenge again. I hope are effort will give us one more chance to get engagement challenge. We also need to prove that we not only opening well but also can make runs entire over of the match.

AThe sixth week of Engagement Challenge7 is underway. We have already completed five weeks successfully. A separate report is published for each week. Where the total participation and winner l are mentioned in detail. In fact, I also love reading the posts that we regularly verify on the Engagement Challenge. If we get the opportunity to organize the Engagement Challenge again, we will gladly accept it.

আপনি আপনার পোস্টে উল্লেখ করেছেন আমাদের প্রত্যেকটা ইউজার কে আপনি একটা চাউনির মধ্যে নিয়ে আসতে চান। অর্থাৎ একটা পরিবারের মধ্যে থাকতে পারি, আমরা যাতে একটা পরিবার হয়ে কাজ করতে পারি। সেজন্য আপনি একটা ভালো উদ্যোগ নিয়েছেন।
যাতে করে প্রত্যেকটা দেশের মানুষ তাদের শিল্প-সংস্কৃতি। এবং বিভিন্ন জিনিস খুব ভালোভাবে তাদের ভাষায় লিখে সবার সামনে প্রকাশ করতে পারে। জিনিসটা আমার কাছে খুবই ভালো লাগলো।
আপনি প্রত্যেকটা ইউজারকে তাদের স্বাধীনতা দিয়েছেন। তারা স্বাধীনভাবে তাদের মত করে,তাদের দেশের ভাষা ব্যবহার করে পোস্ট লিখতে পারবে। জিনিসটা আমার কাছে অসাধারণ লেগেছে।
আপনি দীর্ঘ নয় মাস আগে এই কথাটা চিন্তা করেছেন। আর দীর্ঘ নয় মাস পরে আপনি এ বিষয়টা আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করেছেন। আসলে আপনার চিন্তা ধারা অনেক প্রখর, আপনার চিন্তাধারার আমি সম্মান করি।
আপনি আমাদের এই পরিবারটাকে সঠিকভাবে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য। টিউটোরিয়াল ক্লাসের আয়োজন করছেন। তার সাথে শুক্রবারে হ্যাংআউটের আয়োজন করছেন। যেখান থেকে আমাদের অনেক প্রশ্ন থাকে। আমরা সেই প্রশ্নের উত্তর জানতে পারি। আমরা বিভিন্ন ধরনের বিনোদন করে আনন্দ পাই। এখান থেকে আমরা যেমন অনেক কিছু জানতে পারি। ঠিক তেমনি আমরা আমাদের আনন্দের একটা মুহূর্ত এখানে পাই, যেটা আমার কাছে খুবই ভালো লাগে।
আপনি আরেকটা জিনিস উল্লেখ করেছেন, এবং আপনার চিন্তার ধারার মধ্যে নিয়ে এসেছেন। সেটা হচ্ছে আমরা এই স্টিম প্লাটফর্মে অনেকেই নতুন। যাদের একাউন্টে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণে পাওয়ার নেই। আপনি তাদের কথাও চিন্তা করেছেন, আপনি একটা বুমিং সাপোর্ট এর আয়োজন করেছেন। যেটা আমরা পেয়েছি এবং ভবিষ্যতেও ইনশাল্লাহ আরো বেশি করে পাবো।
অনেক ধন্যবাদ আপনার সুন্দর মন্তব্যের জন্যে, এইভাবেই নিজের কাজ করে যাবেন আগামী দিনগুলো তে এই আশা রাখি।

এই কমিউনিটির আমি নিজে একজন সদস্য হয়ে নিজেকে অনেক ধন্য মনে করি কারণ কমিউনিটি থেকে আমি বিভিন্ন ধরনের জ্ঞান অর্জন করতে পারছি এক কথায় বলতে আমরা যখন হ্যাং আউটে থাকি তখন একে অপরের সাথে জ্ঞানের ভাগাভাগি করা সহজ হয়ে যায় সব থেকে বড় যে জিনিস সেটা হল ছোট বড় সবার পরামর্শ নিয়ে এক কথা বলতে গেলে যে পরিবারের সকল সদস্যের অভিমত একত্রিত করে ভালো কিছু করার প্রচেষ্টায় সর্বদা করা হয় এই কমিউনিটি থেকে এজন্য আরও বেশি ভালো লাগে আর আমাকে ভেরিফাইড করার জন্য আপনাকে আমি আন্তরিকভাবে ধন্যবাদ জানাই আর এত সুন্দর একটা মন্তব্য আমাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করার জন্য আপনাকে অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ
একজন নতুন সদস্য হিসেবে আপনার এই মন্তব্য খুবই মূল্যবান আমার কাছে, আশাকরি আপনিও আমাদের অনেক সুন্দর কাজ উপহার দেবেন।

আমাদের এই কমিউনিটির প্রশাসন এবং মডারেটর বিক্রি বর্গ সকলেই কঠোর পরিশ্রম করে যাচ্ছে এবং কঠোর পরিশ্রমের সহিত এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জ সিজন সেভেন এর ষষ্ঠ সেমিস্টার রানিং চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে। তাই আমি মনে করিনি আমাদের এই কমিউনিটি কে আবারও সুযোগ দেওয়া হোক।
আপনার কথাই যেনো সত্যি হয় এবং আমরা যেনো আরো একবার সুযোগ পাই, যদিও সেই সম্ভবনা কম, কারণ শুনেছি পর পর দুবার একই কমিউনিটিকে নাকি চ্যালেঞ্জ দেওয়া হয় না। দেখা যাক আমাদের পরিশ্রম কতটা কাজে আসে।

আমাদের কমিউনিটি গত এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জগুলো যেভাবে সাফল্যের সাথে সমাপ্ত করেছে সেটি আসলেই প্রসংশনীয় এটা আমি নিজ অবস্থান থেকে মনে করি ও মন থেকে বিশ্বাস করি। এমনকি চলমান এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জকেও আমাদের কমিউনিটি যথেস্ট কষ্ট করে সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা করছে।
তাই আমি আমার ব্যক্তিগত অভিমত হিসেবে বলতে চাই আমাদের কমিউনিটিকে আরো একবার সুযোগ দেওয়া উচিত এনগেজমেন্ট চ্যালেঞ্জের আয়োজন করার জন্য।
