How are you all? Hope everyone is doing well. The time for participating in the contest of April organized by me, has already ended. So today I am going to present the winner announcement post.
Before that, of course, I would like to thank all the participants for expressing their feelings so beautifully about the chosen topic of this contest. Everyone's posts were so beautiful and emotional, which I personally enjoyed reading.

You have discussed very well in your post about the precautions that each of us should take during summer. But I liked your above writing about what foods we should keep in our daily diet the most. Here you have mentioned all those fruits and vegetables, which contain a lot of water. Which helps in fulfilling the water requirement of our body. Even we should not eat any spicy and oily food at this time, because it increases the internal heat in our body, your opinion on that is also very important

My favorite food and drink during this time is rice, salad and fruit smoothie or nut drinks. This is the time I prioritize making more of home made drinks with fruits and nuts and store them in the fridge.
In your post, you have beautifully mentioned that we should keep all the necessary things in our bag while going out in summer, i.e. water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses. Similarly, you have also told us about your favorite diet. You have also written what you use in your favorite salad. Along with this, you have also told that you make your own drinks at home and store them in the fridge. At this time, each of us should make anything at home, anything outside can do more harm to our body in this summer. গরমের সময় তাদের হালকা সুতির খোলামেলা পোশাক পড়াতে হয়। এছাড়াও অকারণে সূর্যের তাপে একদমই না বের করায় ভালো। তবে কারণবশত বের করলেও খুব সাবধানে তাদের বের করা উচিত। ছোট বাচ্চাদের বাইরের খাবার একদমই দেওয়া উচিত নয়। এই সময় মৌসাম্বি রস বাচ্চা দেখে বড় সকলেরই খাওয়া উচিত ।এছাড়াও ডাবের জল তরল জাতীয় যেকোনো খাবার খাওয়ানো উচিত। তবে একদমই ছোট্ট যারা তাদের মায়েদের নিজেদের সুস্থ থাকতে হবে। এমনকি নিজেদেরও ঠিকঠাক খাওয়া দাওয়া করতে হবে ।তবে ছোট্ট বাচ্চাও সুস্থ থাকবে।

যারা প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করেছে তাদের মধ্যে তিন জনকে আপনি বিজয়ী হিসেবে আমাদের সাথে উপস্থাপন করেছেন যেটা জানতে পেরে ভালো লাগলো আসলে এই গরমের সময় আপনার এত সুন্দর একটা টপিক নিয়ে কনটেস্ট আয়োজন করার পরেও আমি আসলে দুঃখিত কারণ আমি অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারিনি তবে যারা বিজয়ী হয়েছেন সবার জন্য অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা রইল ভালো থাকবেন।
প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে পেরে সবসময় আমি ভীষণ খুশি হয়। তবে এবার 3rd হয়ে ভীষণ খুশি হয়েছি। অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ দিদি ।
