Stress improves our ability to concentrate and perform. This can be useful in pressing, time-sensitive circumstances, like meeting a deadline at work.

Stress can also act as a motivator, giving people the drive and tenacity they need to overcome obstacles and accomplish their goals.

These are my positive thoughts on stress, hope this answer satisfies you.
