Weekly Activity Report As a Moderator of Incredible India Community. ✔️January 11 to February 17 ✔️

One of Moderators of Incredible India community.
I hope you are all well. Today I am going to share with you my 9th moderator report. This includes details about the work I have done in this community in a last 7 days. So what I am doing is verifying the articles in the community. Every day in the morning I verify the articles.
Sometimes you may feel a certain monotony when reading my moderator report. It should be so. Because I do verification of posts in the community every day, if there is nothing new to mention, moderator reports can be monotonous. In fact, I always do that duty very carefully when verifying posts. Our admin ma'am has instructed us to re-check the moderator comments we post two or three times. I act accordingly as per her instructions. But even when I do that, sometimes I make small mistakes. Sometimes I have the right thing in mind and put something else in the comment. This is the most common mistake I make.
But I try my best to verify the posts without making any mistakes. In such cases, another moderator or admin will inform me of any mistakes I make, and then I will work to correct them as soon as possible. We are like a family. If one person makes a mistake, the other one will correct it.
If I talk about what users are doing, it's the same as in previous weeks. Only the number of users commenting on other users' posts has increased. But users haven't started sharing posts on X yet. Only two or three are doing it. Other users don't do it. But I ask them to do it every day. I've noticed that some users don't even read the moderator comment. So how can they see the requests I've made without reading it..?
Now let's see what information and experiences I have related to article verification last 7 days. First, I will introduce our team members.

As a moderator, I look at the following categories when verifying posts
• The title of the posts, the content, and the hashtags related to the content.
• The user's club status.
• The images used by the user from the internet.
• Whether the content contains plagiarism and AI.
• Whether the content is #steemexclusive.
• The user's voting CSI value and the number of words in the content.
• And finally, I provide feedback on the user's posts.

In addition, I also participated in the contest organized by isha.ish, a moderator of our community. It was actually a very good contest. About 23 users participated in that contest. However, the contest is now over.

In our daily lives, we engage in numerous activities that we consistently adhere to. These tasks often cannot be modified or carried out based on our personal preferences or moods, including essential practices such as personal hygiene and household responsibilities.
In the professional arena, we are also tasked with specific responsibilities that must be fulfilled. While we may find ways to express these duties distinctively, we cannot alter our work schedules to align with our individual preferences.
However, when we have a genuine passion for our work and engage in it wholeheartedly, the experience transcends monotony, making it fulfilling for everyone involved.
গত সপ্তাহ জুড়ে আপনি এই কমিউনিটির মধ্যে একজন মডারেটর হিসেবে কি কি দায়িত্ব পালন করেছেন সপ্তাহে আপনি আমাদের সাথে তুলে ধরেছেন আসলে আমাদের প্রতিনিয়ত নিজেদের এনগেজমেন্ট বৃদ্ধি করা অনেক বেশি প্রয়োজন যেটা বরাবরের মতোই এডমিন ম্যাম আমাদেরকে বলে থাকে কিন্তু আমরা সেটা করি না এটা করার গুরুত্ব কতটুকু কয়েক সপ্তাহ আমি করে এটার মর্ম ভালোভাবে বুঝতে পেরেছি ইনশাল্লাহ আবার নিজের এংগেজমেন্ট করে রাখবো অসংখ্য ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে একটা সপ্তাহের কার্যক্রম এত সুন্দর ভাবে আমাদের সাথে উপস্থাপন করার জন্য ভালো থাকবেন ইনশাল্লাহ আরো ভালো কিছু করতে পারবেন।
