Kenapa etika, empati, tanggungjawab sosial dan saling menghormati merupakan prinsip penting yang harus dipertahankan? karena setiap individu tidak dapat hidup tanpa membentuk rantai-rantai sosial, yakni saling berpegangan adalah saling menghormati, saling melindungi, saling memberi dan menerima. Inilah prinsip-prinsip alami manusia yang kemudian dikembangkan dalam bentuk nilai-nilai moral dan etika. Sikap tertutup atau mengurung diri di rumah adalah berkehidupan dimana seseorang hanya hidup antara rumah dan tempat kerja.

Moral values can be broken down. Moral refers to the ability to tell right from wrong in our actions and thoughts, and to judge what is good or bad. Value means the importance or worth we assign to something or someone.
Self-improvement comes from your own willingness and choices. You can't grow if you're not ready to grow, and you won't achieve your goals without the desire to pursue them. This year, I have worked on my own growth and would like to share some principles that helped me stay focused.

যদি সমাজে উন্নতি করার জন্য আমি কখনো সুযোগ পেতাম । তাহলে সর্বপ্রথম আমি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান গুলো উন্নত করার চেষ্টা করতাম। কারণ সরকারি এবং বেসরকারি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে এই দুটোর মধ্যে অনেক ফাঁক দেখা যায়। শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে সমান ভাবে সমান অধিকার দিয়ে লেখাপড়া করানো উচিত।
এবং সমাজে উন্নত করার জন্য সমান ভাবে ন্যায্য বিচারের অধিকার সবার আছে। ন্যায্য বিচারের অধিকার সবাইকে সমান ভাবে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করতাম। তার পাশাপাশি নারী ও পুরুষ সবাইকে সমান অধিকার দিয়ে মাথা উঁচু করে বাঁচার অধিকার দিতাম। কারণ আমাদের সমাজে এখনো অনেক জায়গা আছে যেখানে নারীদের সমান অধিকার দেওয়া হয়নি।
