Discipline is the act of attaching seriousness and well-articulated behavior to any activity you put up with. It is not an easy virtue to imbibe because man is naturally happy in his comfort zone. It requires putting away distractions, focusing on a goal, and choosing the right thing to do at the right time, notwithstanding pressure from anyone.
