"Train your brain"

Neuroplasticity is best described as the brain's ability to reorganise patterns, make change and improve based on its pass experiences and practice, suggesting that engaging in mentally stimulating activities can enhance our cognitive abilities.
This has led to a common analogy, alluding that the brain is like a muscle with the idea that it benefits from exercise. Suggesting that the more you make use of your brain, the better it gets.

How do you glance at the word Train your Brain? Explain!?

"Train Your Brain" invokes the idea of a mental Gym, where one engages in forms of intellectual activities, exercises, or practices that challenge and stimulate cognitive abilities, to improve our intellect:

A person who subjects his brain to rigorous activities like learning new skills or a new language, solving puzzles and critical thinking games, engages in his memory and problem-solving skills ends up with a better intelligence quotient, solves problems easily with improved cognitive function and mental clarity.
This type of mental resume comes from sudoku, crossword, chess, and being a polyglot with a love for learning.

Do you believe the way we train ourselves our brains react accordingly; Justify.?

A lot of people shy away from mind-boggling tasks that require plenty of mental work. This is clearly seen in Steemit's contests, which required more intellectual prowess. Only those who have been exercising their mental muscles will find such a contest attractive.
From my point of view, this is the reason why some contests do not have a lot of participation. It takes less intelligence to post on Facebook and get likes compared to posting on Steemit. That is why some can operate a Facebook account, but can't do the same on Steemit.

To carry a healthy brain which are the primary elements that we need to follow? Explain.

Start by feeding on food that promotes mental development and fuel your brain with a rich and balanced diet containing Omega-3 fatty acids from fish, nuts and seeds. Antioxidants from fruits, vegetables, berries, mixed in whole grains and some proteins for repars.
Drink plenty of water will keep your brain functioning at its optimal state. Avoid poor habits like staying wake too late in the night. On the contrary, give your brain some rest by sleeping for 7-9 hours each night and engaging in regular physical activities that challenge your brain and help you to cope with stress.

Conclusion and Invitation

People who do brain-tasking jobs grow old with active brains, so you either use your brain or you lose it in time. It is tasking to wrake your brains over issues, but it pays in the long run.
