The engine that controls every part of my body is my brain which, for me to glance at train my brain, simply means me engaging in mental practices to train my brain, making it active. In a simple understanding, it means doing something that will help me to quickly interpret or understand the meaning that is behind this phrase "glance at the word Train your Brain". This simply suggests that I would be doing the following:

  • Improve my brain by making my brain shaper or more efficient

  • By doing physical practice like exercise because my brain needs stimulation and mental challenges.

  • Having the mindset of growth through believing in my mental and intelligence.

Yes, I absolutely believe the way we train ourselves, our brains react accordingly due to the special quality known as neuroplasticity that is in every one of us. My justification based on this is as follows:

  • Habitat and Repetition: If we practice mindfulness repeatedly, our brain gets to build neural pathways that are stronger to support our calmness.

  • Skill development Learning new things, such as language or solving puzzle problems, makes our brain form new connections and improves cognitive skills.

  • What we do repeatedly shapes how our brain works just like the way we physically train our muscles at the gym.

  • Positivity and Negativity Positive reinforcement can wire our brain for resilience just as the way constant exposure to stress or negative thinking can rewire our brain for anxiety.

Quality Sleep: Poor sleep can weaken our emotional control and focus which quality sleep is essential for brain detox and memory consolidation.

Balanced Nutrition Eating foods that are rich in omega-3s, vitamins, and antioxidants supports the function of our brain.

Social Interaction Sharing, talking, and bonding with others boost cognitive health and mood.

In summary, to carry a healthy brain, we will need to consider lifestyle factors like food, exercise, sleep, and mental habits, which are important.
