How do you glance at the word Train your Brain? Explain!

The word train your brain" simply talks about practicing activities that can improve mental sharpness, cognitive function, and overall brain health. It is categorically on the things which you train your brain to do; if a person reads all the time, his brain will be so used to reading that it will become normal. But if a person hardly reads, he will find it difficult to read in any situation at all. Our brain responds to things that have been part of our lives; performing exercise when you do it regularly is not an issue when your brain is aware that it is part of you.

When we engage in Brain-boosting games like crossword, sudoku, ludo, or brain teasers, our brain efficiency can be achieved. As humans who have a lot to do and achieve in our daily lives, we have to train our brain to be in the standard that can be of benefit to our health; if the brain doesn't function well, other sensitive parts will do the same. We can increase our brain efficiency when we engage in exercise activities in which we count our progress, for instance, counting and recalling the push-ups we have done in a recreational exercise.

In the step to training our brain, there is also a need for focus and adequate attention, we can engage in activities that can help foster brain health and focus such as playing chess, chess is a game that requires full focus, in other to take advantage of your opponent you have to be watchful and focused paying attention to your opponent every move. When you are not able to focus on something for long it will mean that you don't have interest in that thing or the efficiency of your brain is low or has decreased due to poor care or medication.

The phrase "Train your brain" has to be taken into consideration. The brain needs to be trained in new skills like gaining new hobbies like learning a new language, taking part in a new sport, and playing a musical instrument which can help the brain to function well, enabling you to adapt to certain environments. Going for regular exercise can help keep the Brain working and active to provide overall well-being and brain efficiency keeping you at ease.

I usually sleep every day in the afternoon to make sure that my brain has rested after the day's stress; we have to relax the brain of tension and anxiety by having quality time with our loved ones and people soon on our faces. The body and the brain work hand in hand to ensure that we carry out our daily activities. The brain stays in good shape when we eat food that has vitamins and other nutrients that are not toxic to the body and brain, ensuring that we avoid alcohol at all times.

Do you believe the way we train ourselves our brains react accordingly; Justify.

I certainly agree that the way and manner in which our brain is trained can affect the brain's reaction to certain things. The brain has different reactions to activities that you are familiar with and those you are not familiar with. The brain works in the manner in which it has been trained, which is why a person who cannot play football will find it difficult to adapt and respond to the activity and environment. An individual who has made football his or her lifestyle will easily play football to perfection.

My brain often reacts whenever I read. I make sure that no day goes by that I don't read. Whenever I read, I feel at peace; I am fluent while reading because I have trained myself like that, which is why my brain recognizes the fact that habit has been incorporated into me. It is now easy for me to read because I now see it as a way of life which helps my brain to react positively towards reading.

Training your mind toward a thing will affect the functioning of your brain; there is a game I play from time to time. The game is mini militant; it is a game where soldiers shoot and fight till whoever kills the highest is the winner. This is where I knew that what you practice is what your brain gets used to, like throwing a bomb is like using a catalyst in chemistry or in biology where enzymes speed the rate of chemical reactions to metabolic substances. The bomb is a good that pushes your opponents in front of you, decreases their lives, and confuses them, also involving gravitational pull as regards physics.

Once your brain is made to believe that you can achieve what you put your mind toward through your efforts and learning, it can foster a growth mindset that can cause an increase in resilience and motivation.

The brain usually responds to activities that we are familiar with,h which is why we ought to train our brain in the right manner. When practicing positive thinking and self-talk can help increase the brain's sharpness and response to several challenges and stress, which helps in the promotion of an optimistic outlook

Studies have shown that the manner and perspective in which the brain has been trained will determine its reaction. Consistent practice and training can help brain development and structure, which can result in increased connectivity. In conclusion, the way we train our brains can shape their function, structure, and response to various challenges. By intentionally practicing and training our brains, we can develop new skills, improve cognitive function, and build resilience.

There are 2 primary elements I consider to be a way of carrying a healthy brain and there are;

LIFESTYLE

The kind of lifestyle that we practice can have an impact on the functioning of the brain. I ensure that I go to the field to play basketball to promote the effective flow of blood and muscle function, which is a way I boost my brain health and overall well-being.
Exercise is not only an activity that maintains brain function. Rather, it helps ease the functioning of internal organs in the body,y promoting body efficiency and agility to perform our duties adequately.

NUTRITION

The food that we consume also affects having a healthy brain. We need to consume vegetables and vitamins, which help the body to function properly and avoid deficiencies. The brain doesn't require alcohol, so it should not reduce the intake of alcoholic substances.
