Incredible India monthly contest of August #2| Elements that are likely to dissipate over time.
Which elements do you think will disappear from our lifestyle in the upcoming era?
source
One element I believe will disappear from our lifestyle is the use of physical money. With the spread of mobile banking, online transactions, and digital currencies, carrying cash is becoming irrelevant. In the near future, wallets may only carry cards or even disappear completely, replaced by phones and biometric payments. It offers security and it is more convenient, it also raises concerns about privacy and dependence on technology. We may gain speed and safety, but we also risk losing the simple independence that comes with holding tangible money in our hands.
Apart from money, another aspect that has fade away is traditional letter writing. Handwritten letters were stressful and it's will take long procedures to arrive to it's destination. As technology advances, the act of writing long, heartfelt notes may become a memory of the past.

Has our lifestyle undergone substantial changes as a result of various transformations? Please justify your perspective.
Yes, our lifestyle has changed drastically. Take communication for example: once, letters took weeks or sometimes months to reach loved ones, but now a message arrives instantly across continents. We're relieved of the stress of writing messages manually and sending it to people we want to send through the postbox. Transportation is also a clear example, while traveling long distances, it required days or weeks, now airplanes cover them in hours. Even in our homes, technology has reshaped life; from electric cooking appliances to virtual assistants, the daily routine has become faster, simpler, and more automated.

Even our social lives reflect this transformation. In earlier times, evenings were spent with neighbours, extended families, or community gatherings. Playing moonlight games. Today, many people spend their evenings scrolling through their phones or watching television alone. These shifts prove that lifestyle changes are not just gradual, but revolutionary, altering the way we interact, work, and even rest.
According to you, which are the useful changes, and which are not?
source
The useful changes are those that save time, improve access, and enhance our wellbeing.
Conclusion
To wrap it up, our way of living is never permanent and will never be. As the world revolves, so has the technology. Changes in culture, and the choices we make every day. Some things will surely change, like using cash or writing long letters, while other parts of life will simply be reshaped into new forms. We shouldn't be afraid of these changes but we should know how to direct them in a way that keeps us grounded in real human values. When we strike the right balance between progress and genuine human connection, the lifestyle of the future can be both advanced and meaningful. Life will be easier, simpler and less stress.
