There are many fishing methods: trawling, net fishing, individual fishing. 🎣
How good are we at fishing?
If there's one image associated with fishing, it's attracting fish with "good bait" 🎣
How can we make fish really want to swim and breed in our pond?
What could be our best "bait" because there are so many types? 🎣
Since you know a lot of fish at the university, what do you suggest to attract them and make them feel committed?

Firstly, I don't know how possible it is, I think it would be nice if every member and those joining later could join a voting trail that would be used strictly to help the community members grow, so even when we visit artists posts that are not a member yet, they could see that as a leverage and could become productive members and if we could also get a whale on the trail that would make the whole process more effective too.
They all can't win a contests but if they could at least get some sort of a community vote every now and then, I believe that could extend a sense of belonging.
