It is a law set by an art... When you are allowed to be called an artist and allowed to sell your art.

Hm... I had never heard of such a law. In Russia, you can get a special education and become an artist. But you can just draw and be a self-taught artist. By the way, self-taught people can be better than formal professionals. And if I'm self-taught, and you want to buy my painting from me (like for example), then I don't see any obstacles to that. Maybe there's something I don't know about this issue)
