If laughing therapy helps, and kickboxing, drawing, painting, paintball, kick a ball why not shouting? I can't say it feels relieving to me but who knows it will if it's not done out of anger or frustration but at a moment of calmness. I don't believe in keeping everything inside. It's unhealthy and it will increase cancer and other diseases. Straightforward is better advice.

I can't agree less but some feel it's very unreasonable to just shout at any point in time.
