Repetitions.

There is something sacred in repetition, in doing the same thing over and over again with full intention. For me, writing the word LOVE again and again is not just practice, it’s prayer. It’s how I bless the surface before creating. It’s how I bless myself.

I believe deeply in the power of repetition. In obsession. In falling into the rhythm of something until it becomes a part of you. This act, this ritual, has brought me peace when my mind was at war. It helped me navigate depression, rage, and burnout. It gave me a sense of purpose, a place to put my energy that would always give something back.

This is more than just art. It’s a portal into stillness, into a state of flow where love becomes the mantra, and the surface becomes a mirror.
And once I realized this practice had the power to uplift others too, I knew I had to keep going. I knew I had to share it.
