I enjoyed reading this post, quite interesting. It seems like we learn to control our bodies since childhood but it is more serious work, frankly speaking. We should put more attention to our gestures and facial expression. When I was in college, I had to prepare for public speaking sometimes. I was sure, it is not a big problem, I can do it. Well, I did not know where I should put my hands while speaking! I started walking around a room... Definitely, I was interested in improving my body language after my unsuccessful attempts.
