KNITRIAS PROJECT: Week 13 (Mid time)

This is the beginning of the third month of activities on the Knitrias Project. Practically we are in the middle of the road. This report will be simple with no information or statistics, but giving some time to rest and reflection on the many activities and projects of the Members and developments on the platform.
Next week will be an important one, we will celebrate surely a new graduation and will be proposals for the next step of the Project, on which @leveuf will express some conditions and proposals to the consideration of the group.
This week the initiatives of the Project will continue normally, but Knitrias/Leveuf will have difficulty to visit each post by the Members, this time is required to organize life in home and work according to this "new normal" on our world. However, will be in touch as possible.

MEMBERS' INITIATIVES
@Jacorv is now working in his project: Concurso de Fotografía - Knitrias Project Initiative. The contest is running for two more days, and winners will be announced on friday 31. @Jacorv contributed with 10 Steem to reward participants on his project. @Rashia and @AdelJose have the rol of judges of the contest. Everyone is invited to participate and make promotion.

Instrucitions for Round #3
This activity consist in the creation by each Member of a personal challenge or contest for any user of the platform to participate. This initiative will be supported by 20 Steem for each one of the Members' initiatives to distribute between participants according to predefined criteria by the challenger (equal distribution, first places, one winner, etc).
First stage
- During this week each Member will publish a brief description of the initiative proposal in the comment section of this report. Containing Title, Subject, Format or Medium for creation, rules, reward distribution, communities, tags, etc.
- It's important to just comment your proposal in this report and DO NOT POST ON THE PERSONAL BLOG until is time for launching your initiative.
- The proposals will be supported week by week according to the order of publication during this week for the proposals.
- A reward pool of 20 Steem Power will be distributed equally between all participants during this proposal application week.
- Proposals' subjects, methods, media and rules are free creations by the proponents.
Second stage
- This stage remains until all proposals are accomplished according to the order of participation with possible adjustments under consensus.
- After the proposal week, the challenges are launched with a Post on the Member's blog with specifications on time, subjects and rules.
- The Member in charge receives 20 Steem for rewards to the participants on the challenge/contest.
- The Member in charge promote, curate, determine the winners and reward distribution and report the results.
- Members are free to add on the reward pool for the initiative by own funds or other contributions.
- Members of the Knitrias Project help in the promotion, participation and encouragement on each initiative.
- When all proponents have finished the initiatives a new round for proposals and initiative cycle starts.

Challenges for the week
This week the challenges will have a secured pool of 25 SP that will be divided equally between the participants of each challenge. Each Member can participate with one post on each challenge.

La reputación
¿Alguna idea?, saludos.
Hola amigo, este es un tema bastante interesante, desde mi punto de vista la reputación tiene un carácter cultural y social. Pienso que es un parámetro que indica la integridad y el honor que tiene una persona, si sus acciones denotan una conducta correcta o incorrecta ante las normas sociales y culturales existentes, entonces asi vemos personas calificadas con buena o mala reputación. Siendo buena, porque la persona cumple las normas, tiene palabra, no debe dinero, asi como realiza buenas acciones, por lo que la sociedad le coloca un valor cualitativo donde de acuerdo a esta reputación puede ser confiable o no.
La reputación alude a lo que la sociedad me etiqueta de acuerdo a mi comportamiento y acciones, pero realmente hay casos en los que las personas han tenido mala reputación, según la sociedad pero ha sido por cumplir necesidades humanas que esa sociedad no puede compensar pero si son capaces de juzgar, como el es caso de muchas madres solteras que trabajan en prostitución por falta de empleo para sustentar a sus hijos, desvalorizando sus razones y lo que esa mujer lleva en su interior.
La reputación es la fama que creas ante la sociedad que sirve de juez y podemos aumentarla con una introspección de cual es mi valor hacia esa reputación que tengo, y si deseo aumentarla puedo analizar las acciones que hasta ahora no cumplo con el propósito de que la sociedad me aumente este calificativo, y por ultimo pues crear un plan de acción que me lleve a cumplir mi objetivo de aumentarla, pero eso radica en esa autoevaluación, en cambios de hábitos y perspectivas, en saber que realmente quiero.
Planteas una ultima interrogante, y es acerca de su importancia, la cual pienso que se vuelve a plantear lo cultural y social, y depende de lo personal, del valor que yo como persona le doy, del si me importa o no la reputación que ante la sociedad tengo y de manejarla de la manera en que yo me sienta mejor.
Me hiciste recordar una conocida de facebook, que hace tiempo se fue de acá de Venezuela, como muchos buscando mejores condiciones de vida, en ese proceso como a la mayoría de los inmigrantes le fue dificil conseguir empleo, pero su familia acá, esperaba su apoyo económico, dejó a sus hijos en este tierra. Ella no tuvo mas remedio que prostituirse, ser una prepago que llaman; en su ciudad de origen se enteraron de esto, y le juzgaron, dañaron esa reputación calificándola de mala o pésima por sus acciones, sin pensar que ella lo hacía por sus hijos. Un día cansada de ésto, de tener que aceptar que los demás se creyeran con la capacidad de juzgar la reputación que tenia o no, ella escribió públicamente a través de esta red social que sin temor ni vergüenza era prostituta, pero que gracias a eso sus hijos estudian, se alimentan, están sanos y que ninguna de los que juzgaba velaba por ellos. Que simplemente no le importaba lo que pensaran sobre su reputación porque ella dá a sus hijos todo lo que ellos necesitan.
En conclusión la reputación es calificada por la sociedad, pero el manejo de esta etiqueta es algo propio de cada ser. Excelente interacción, gracias. Abrazos

Muy interesante reflexión sobre la reputación, las opiniones y la fama. En esta blockchain ese numerito que está al lado del nombre de usuario intenta representar esos conceptos a través de la naturaleza de los votos recibidos. Claro, este es solo un número y hay múltiples maneras de interpretarlo!!

Hola, @Jacorv!! La reputación en Steem es una medida algorítmica que depende en gran medida de los votos que recibes, que como sabemos están principalmente constituidos por el Steem Power de quien vota y el voting weight que establece al votar un post. Este número también es afectado por la propia reputación de quien vota, a mayor reputación más podrá elevar la tuya. Al inicio es más fácil elevar la reputación, pero mientras más crece el número se necesitan más votos para aumentar haciéndose más lento el avance.
La reputación comienza en 25 y avanza indefinidamente de acuerdo a los criterios anteriores. El número intenta representar el nivel de respaldo de un usuario en la plataforma, pero hay formas de aumentar este número por otros medios como lo fue la compra de votos.
La reputación decrece con los down-votes, en las mismas proporciones y con los mismos criterios anteriores. Los down-votes de cuentas con menor reputación sólo influyen en el monto de las recompensas, no alteran la reputación en sentido negativo.
