You might enjoy to check out the @canna-community. :) Yes, it's very helpful for sleep issues. You might also try tulsi - it's a powerful adaptogen and super at modulating sleep cycles. I simply dry the tulsi krishna and use it to make a refreshing tea- warm or iced - with a squeeze of lime.
