What is essence of having huge amount of coins without cashing it out?

I did this carlive chain adrops few weeks ago and they gave me millions of their coins and instantly credited my wallet but i can't withdraw, i can't swap.

(1) Someone should tell me the value of this coins
(2)why is it not withdrawable
(3)why such airdrop?
(4) is carlive chain scam?
