Hi - I did ask him - I did not do anything wrong to him.
I think I know this guy with 10 different names, he is an from east Asia living in America - he is using his fake accounts through another steemit applications to downvote randomly posts by one or two authors till they are back to level rank less than 25 - he is just a sick person - I faced other fake account from him before few years back in 2018.
he will not stop.
i have tried to down vote him - to speak to him - but no use..... I just faced the same situtation from the same guy before few years back and many steemit members suffered his sickness...
he will be bored then he will leave...
he is just jeoulses
