My Monday Diary and Weekly Fitbit Health Report!

Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It is the alive and thriving report on Monday, October 06, 2025.

On Monday morning, after dropping my kid off at this school, I was able to walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes. Then I had a quick breakfast. I talked with my mother on Facebook Messenger while having breakfast. Then, joined the morning shift of duty at 8 am. It ended at 12 pm. It was quite a relaxing shift!

I went to pick up my kid from his school at 1 pm. The parking system (no parking area for cars going to drop off or pick up the student) is not good at the school. If I were late, I would be at the back of the long car queue to pick up my kid. Hence, I went earlier. However, we returned home at around 1:40 pm.

Before taking lunch, I could walk on the treadmill for another 15 minutes. Hence, I was able to walk for a total of 30 minutes on Monday. It helped me reach over 12k steps on the day. After lunch, I helped my son with his studies a bit. Later, I had a short afternoon nap before joining the evening shift duty at 4 pm. It ended at 9 pm. It was another relaxing shift. In total, I consulted only 16 patients in my chamber on Monday!

Fitbit health report

I received the email from Fitbit with the data of my health activities from September 29 to October 05. I was able to reach the 10k steps mark 4 out of 7 days with my best day on Thursday. I made 12,793 steps on Thursday. My worst day was Saturday!

In total, I made 72,316 steps over those seven days with an average of 10,331 steps per day. That's a good average for me! On average, I burned 2,424 cals per day!
