2 eggs
2 apples
50 gr rice flour
sugar, baking powder, cinnamon

Cooking:
mix cottage cheese, flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs
punch with a blender
pour into mold
peel the apples. Cut into slices and lay on top of the curd mass
sprinkle with cinnamon
bake for 30-35 minutes at 180C
...
Personally, I can eat cottage cheese only in this form. I usually don't use it at all. Do you like cottage cheese ?
